This is the season of Mango and now my garden is full of Sweet mango. My kids always love to have mango in any dish.
Last Sunday they asked me to make their favorite mango milk shake. Actually we collected lot of mango from our garden and my kids were really excited to collect them.
This is really awesome to have my organic mango in our daily dishes.
4 cup cow milk
3 mango(Himsagar or add as per your choice)
2 tbsp cashew
4 tbsp sugar(If you are suffering from diabetes then use sugar substitute)
Add ice to blender and crush until it is in fine pieces (approximately 1 minute if you start with crushed ice or 2 minutes if you start with cubes).
While ice is being crushed, measure the milk, peel the mango and collect mango pulp by a spoon, and crush the cashew in small pieces.
When ice is ready, add milk and fruit and blend on “smoothie” setting for approximately 1 minute.
Pour into glass and garnish with cashew ……..ENJOY!
Be sure to have your milk and fruit ready to add. If you let the ice sit in the blender while you clean the fruit, it may become too solid to blend. If you are a vegan then use Almond milk.
