The bael (Bengal quince, stone apple or wood apple) tree stand still for nearly 50 years in my in-laws house and tell me a story behind it. During mahasivratri or every Monday the bael patra (leaf) always in demand to worship God Shiva as our neighbour offer a bael patra to Lord Shiva.
