Yogurt Smoothie or Dahi Lassi

It’s too late to post this recipe because my 11 years twin kids made the smoothie last Sunday when we were feeling too much heavy after Sunday lunch. They did the work completely themselves without my supervision. I am really happy to see, their confident is growing day by day. Last month they did a glass painting on a glass and had used it for this post. They were really excited about the glass they had painted.

Yogurt and sauf(fennel seed) both are really helpful for digestion. Both were used for this smoothie.

Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt/curd(low fat), chilled( If you are vegan use Almond Yogurt)
7-8 tsp sugar or as required
3 cup water
½ tsp sauf powder
Ice cubes while serving the lassi

Method:

Take the yogurt, sauf powder, water and sugar in a blender or in a big bowl for hand blending. They have used the hand blender.
Blend till the yogurt is evenly blended.
Serve in tall glasses.
Add crushed ice cubes, garnish with some sauf powder .
Serve the lassi.
